25 partner med ball sit ups (20/14)

25 box jumps (24/20)

25 ring dips

25 toes to bar/knee raises

Partner run around the building
For med ball sit ups you can pass it over the box to make it harder!

25 total of each movement (not “per person”), break up any way you like.
