2 x 4 min Stations in teams:

1: Agility ladder/tire obstacle/5 box jumps

2: 10 GHD sit ups+Yoke carry 25′

3: 3 rope pull ups+2 toes to rope+1 rope climb

4: Wall balls
I teams of 3, 1 person working at a time, accumulate as many reps as possible of each challenge in 4 minutes.
