Accumulate 150 med ball cleans

Accumulate 150 wall balls

Teammates start wod together with 5 shuttle runs. Then p1 does 10 mbc. P1 must run back and tag p2 before they run another 5 shuttles together, so that p2 can do 10 more mbc. Continue until all 150 are complete. Do the same for the wall balls.

*Shuttle run set at 18ft one way, down and back = 1 rep
