Dice game

make a list 1-6 of movements you find in crossfit

black dice = number of reps, blue dice = which movement you perform

play until you’ve done each movement a few times!

max height box jump

take turns jumping on soft box. add green mats until you can’t jump on top anymore!

3 med ball bear hug squats

6 med ball clean over the shoulder

balance on one foot on top of your med ball 15 seconds each foot
