first person performs 5 squats, then runs down to the far cone and back.
you can switch the first movement, and the mode by which they get to and from the cone each round.

take turns working through progressions:
hang for 5 seconds
do one pull up
do a staggered grip pull up
move one peg up half a step
go on from there!
3 kick ups (wall or freestanding. can be donkey kicks too.)
9 box jumps
6 ring rows
hold at the top of the ring dip for 10-20 seconds
