– One-Hand Clean to Guard (alternate each round)

– Alternating Flag Cast (Drumming Cast – Clubbell in each hand)

– Iron Cross (Side Cast – Clubbell in each hand)

– Seated Two-Hand Crowbar (Clubbell starts resting on shoulder, to Flag Cast)
