CrossFit Kids – Youth and Teen Programs

With CrossFit kids we have an opportunity to shape lives through fitness and community. Also, to hone life skills and combat against current and future health issues like obesity and type 2 diabetes. CrossFit Kids uses age appropriate functional movements to improve bone density, cardiovascular endurance, metabolic health, as well as cognitive function.

CrossFit Kids uses impact loading (jump training) and vestibular training (gymnastics movements that change head angles relative to the ground). These are key to the development of any athlete for any sport. These are also necessary to develop BEFORE weightlifting is introduced.

Weekly Schedule

Teens:

Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm

Kids:

Thursday at 4:00pm

Saturday at 9:30am
