On Ramp is a CrossFit beginner’s course, in which newcomers will learn all of the fundamental movements we use on a regular basis. It is designed to prepare you for our regular group classes. This course is focused on technique and skill development. We’ll first teach you proper mechanics, then gradually introduce intensity.
CrossFit is a fitness class that mimics the experience of one-on-one training, but in the fun, interactive environment of a family-like group.
Each hour-long session is broken into four parts: warm up, skill session, main workout of the day (WOD), and cool down. Within the structure of the class, athletes are encouraged to work at their own pace and ability level, though the classes are led by coaches who are there providing each athlete the attention they need to ensure everyone has a safe and effective workout.
CrossFit Kids introduces a focus on performance and intensity. Loading (weight) is introduced with the goal of preparing the athletes for the rigors of sport and the next level of CrossFit all in an age appropriate setting that will allow the athlete to thrive. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. The constantly varied workouts will help prevent overuse injuries associated with training routines and year-round sports.
TACFIT was originally developed for people with high stress jobs, such as Police, Firefighters and Military. It served not only as an effective and efficient fitness workout, but also as a training tool to help those people deal with high stress situations. Now, TACFIT is used by and is equally effective for civilians.

FlowFit is a series of fluid movements working your body in the 6 degrees of freedom. With these movements the body is free to move from top to bottom in all directions and planes.
You discover that using breath, fluidity, balance, control, mental acuity and mindfulness you reduce stress as the unique program acts as a reset button for your brain and body.
You’ll experience poses similar to those done in traditional yoga, martial arts, and pilates.More Info
