CAPABLE is a 12-week fitness research program led by Karmanos Cancer Institute. The program has been life changing for participants and seeks to change how the medical world views and uses physical activity as part of a preventative protocol for improving health markers and overall quality of life.
6 Women over 60 years old will train functional movements with Coach Liz that will help them feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in their daily lives.
