Get race-ready with our HYROX Training Program at Five Lakes CrossFit! Designed for all levels, our program builds strength, endurance, and race-day confidence.


Two coached classes per week, as well as an additional 24/7 Open Gym option.

 

Endurance & Strength Boost – Improve your running, rowing, and functional strength to dominate HYROX events

Race-Specific Workouts – Train with purpose using structured workouts that mirror HYROX challenges
