We provide two options to get started at Five Lakes CrossFit depending on your experience level.
New to CrossFit?
Book a No-Sweat Intro!
Our free introductory session is for anyone new to CrossFit, or to gyms/working out in general. You’ll meet with Liz or James, the owners/head coaches of Five Lakes, to discuss your history and goals. Then, taking into consideration your budget and schedule, we'll develop a plan to help you achieve those goals. “No Sweat” means that there may or may not be a workout during that first meeting, depending on what we discuss prior to the session!

The free trial class is for anyone who has worked out or done CrossFit before! Looking for a new Fitness Home? Join us for a class to meet our coaches and get to know our amazing community!
