6 Women over 60 years old will train functional movements with Coach Liz that will help them feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in their daily lives. If you know you need to get back into movement but are hesitant to do so for any reason from lack of confidence to fear of injury, this class is for you. Small group classes that feel like personal training and will improve the longevity and quality of your life. A new session starts every 8 weeks.


Every Tuesday and Thursday at 11-11:45am. Contact Coach Liz to set up a consultation and get started in the next cohort.
