A fitness program designed to address the specific needs of Women over 60 years old. Whether you’ve stayed active to this point or are new to the workout scene, you have a place here. Coach Liz meticulously assesses each individual’s current ability level and modifies the daily workout to be the appropriate level of challenge for YOU. By this point in our lives, many of us have experienced physical setbacks or have physical limitations that make the idea of becoming active again seem daunting. This program is meant to guide you through those challenges gently but effectively, so that you can enter the next phase of your life feeling strong and confident.
